How much does Curki AI cost?
There are four plans. Start is $99/month for teams up to 50 staff, with 4M AI credits and 100 SMS. Grow is $399/month for 50–100 staff, with 15M credits and 1,000 SMS. Thrive is $999/month for 100+ staff, with 50M credits and 3,000 SMS. Command is pay-as-you-go for teams of 200+, with unlimited credits, SMS and actions. Every plan includes a 15-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial and no credit card is required. You can cancel at any time during or after the trial.
How do AI credits and the auto top-up work?
Each plan includes a monthly credit and SMS allowance. If you run out mid-cycle, a $50 auto top-up adds 2M credits and 100 SMS so work doesn't stop. As a rough guide, one rostering, voice-to-document or onboarding analysis consumes around 150k credits.
How quickly will I see a return?
Providers typically see an average payback period of under five weeks, annual savings of $60k or more, and a margin uplift of 3–5%. Indicative savings scale with team size — from $20k+ per year on Start through to $1.2M+ on Command.

Your data is hosted in Microsoft Azure's Sydney data centre, so it stays onshore in Australia. Curki AI is built to protect sensitive client and staff information and support your existing compliance obligations.
Who owns our data and AI output?
You do. Curki.AI is a data processor; we never resell or train third party models on your client information.
